We have also been shortlisted for Digitalisation Project of the Year for MyTap, our customer-facing digital platform.
MyTap integrates directly with smart meters. It provides households with real-time water usage data and proactive leak alerts. By giving customers greater visibility and control over their consumption, the platform supports more efficient water use and an improved customer experience.
Rising Star of the Year: Ella Boucher
