We know collation and review of Asset Values are an important part in your process. While every effort will be made to return the Asset Value offer to you as soon as possible, it could take between 5 and 10 working days.
Our minimum site size is 50 plots. We provide an Asset Value that will pass regulatory assessment, and with a 100% licence success rate, you can be confident in appointing AWIN on your project.
You can use the Water UK Provider tool or our regional maps to identify the correct incumbent and supply region. Getting this right is important, as tariffs vary by region and will affect the final Asset Value we can offer.
Absolutely! Simply submit your request as waste only. It’s really helpful if you can provide the name of the company providing the clean services in the additional information box.
We can only adopt pumping stations built to Level 3 standards. If your site has a private pumping station for foul or surface water, we cannot provide an Asset Value for waste services.
If a site is later found to have a private pumping station, we reserve the right to adjust the Asset Value in accordance with the adoptable site parameters.
Include any commercial units to be served by the new NAV mains in your request. If you’re unsure or the options don’t fit, use the additional information box to provide the relevant details.
Yes, the number of POCs doesn’t affect the Asset Value. If appointed, we can support you in reviewing or challenging the quantity, position, size, and cost of any suggested POCs on your site.
We usually prefer sites to be requested individually so we can provide accurate Asset Values. For very small sites, you can submit a request and note the ‘paired’ NAVQ ID so we can consider combining with a nearby larger site.
For phased sites, just submit individual requests with phases clearly identified. If you have any other site arrangements in mind, get in touch
