Advanced Water Infrastructure Networks (AWIN) provides clean water services and wastewater services to customers in new-build residential developments, as well as smooth asset adoption for our developer customers.
We are an independent water company, providing water and wastewater services to residential development sites across England and Wales, where they may otherwise have been serviced by an incumbent water company.
We are regulated by Ofwat in the same way as other water suppliers, and we obtain licenses under the Water Industry Act 1991 for every site that we service. We are known as a New Appointment and Variation (NAV) company. For more information on NAVs, see Ofwat’s website here.
We work with developer customers and self-lay providers to ensure the delivery of seamless water and sewer connections for new residential properties and manage any asset adoptions along the way.
